The company has been awarded an order for a 30 TPH Billet Reheating Furnace, reinforcing our commitment to delivering advanced and efficient thermal solutions to the global steel industry.
The 30 TPH capacity reheating furnace is designed for continuous rolling mill operations, engineered to process billets of size 130 x 130 x 6000 mm with uniform thermal consistency, and has a dual-firing system (FO & NG) to ensure optimum heat penetration and reduce scale loss.
Additionally, the furnaces are equipped with PLC-based high-precision automation for superior control, safety, and operational efficiency, and designed to achieve fuel savings, temperature stability, and enhanced mill productivity.
The project will contribute to the growth of the steel industry in Africa.
