Ipsen USA is set to expand the TITAN assembly line at its Vacuum Technology Excellence Center in Cherry Valley, Illinois.
The expansion will increase production capacity from 36 TITAN vacuum furnaces per year to 60, helping the company meet growing global demand.
In May 2026, Ipsen received orders for 21 TITAN furnaces, a company record.
Geoffrey Somary, CEO of Ipsen, said: “We continue to see strong demand for the TITAN product line, and we're investing today to ensure we can support our customers tomorrow."
First deployed in 2009, there are now 450 systems installed worldwide.
The expanded TITAN assembly area is expected to be fully operational by late July 2026.
