Fives Group has strengthened its automation presence in Mexico through Fives Automatización México.
With two locations in Saltillo (Coahuila) and Silao (Guanajuato), 100 employees, and more than 6,500 sqm of workshop space, Fives Automatización México can provide integrated solutions for the automotive and manufacturing industries.
Mauricio Monteagudo, general manager of Fives Automatización Mexico, said: “[The organisation] leverages the recognised expertise and cutting-edge technologies of Fives DyAG Corp. and Fives Cinetic Corp. to meet the growing automation needs in Mexico and North America.
“With a strong local presence, we operate under a ‘local-to-local’ approach, delivering end-to-end solutions tailored to our customers’ requirements and building lasting relationships with them.”
Fives DyAG Corp. brings experience in areas such as controls engineering, robotic solutions and equipment modernisation. While Fives Cinetic Corp. has extensive knowledge in industrial washers, fluid filling and sealing solutions, and material handling.
The organisation will also invest in local talent development through training programs and partnerships with regional institutions.
A third facility is scheduled to open by the end of 2026.
